How Many Pumpkins Tall Are You?

We have been learning all about pumpkins and have been doing lots of fun activities! In Math last Thursday we talked about estimating. each child had to guess how many pumpkins tall they were and then we graphed it. After we were done, we measured each child to see how accurate their guess was!

Mr. Thomas Teaches Kindergarten

So sorry I am behind on posting on the blog, we have been VERY busy! I am sure you have heard all about it from your child, but we had a guest teacher a few Fridays ago! Mr. Thomas and his assistant Mrs. McLaughlin came and taught our class, while Mrs. Lanier and I went and taught his class in 4th grade. We sure did miss our kindergarteners by the time we got back. Here are some pictures of their morning with Mr. Thomas!
